Like all new Model 700s, the XHR (Xtreme Hunting Rifle) features Remington's externally adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger system that comes set from the factory with 3 1/2 pounds pull, and can be easily fine-tuned to your preference--by you. The Realtree AP HD camo synthetic stock is equipped with Hogue overmolding accents at the grip and foreend areas for comfort and a firm hold in adverse conditions. Then Remington added the world's most effective recoil pad--SuperCell--reducing rifle kick to a gentle push. The barrel and action are finished in durable satin black oxide.
